SHIPPING POLICY
Our wall art is made to order. Successfully paid orders received by 12pm EST are processed and then shipped within the Production time listed below and the next business day if received after 12pm EST.
Any delays in processing payment, including a denied card authorization, will result in a delay in processing your order for production.

At this time, we do not offer Expedited shipping. Please contact us for more information. Please note, this will not shorten the production time of your order.
*Please note that while most orders will arrive by the time shown in the checkout, our carriers continue to experience intermittent delays due to high e-commerce volumes and your order (may) be impacted. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible and safely.
BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed during the below holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.
Simply select your ‘Ship To’ country at time of checkout to see your options.
We are continuously working to offer you low shipping rates. You will be able to review your International shipping cost during checkout before placing your order.
Our standard international shipping provided to you at checkout may include additional duties and taxes that will be due to the carrier before or at time of delivery. This is dependent upon your countries customs process.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.
MULTIPLE PRODUCTION TIMES
Some items types may have different production and shipping times. If you ordered multiple items, please note that items may arrive on different dates. If you only received part of your shipment, please check the tracking of both items. However, if you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@ethantaylor.com
Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately at sales@ethantaylor.com. You will need to provide a photo of the item(s) received. If accepted, we will ship a new package to you at no charge. If the package is lost during transit, please contact us to investigate with the carrier, and to ship a new product to you immediately.
